At Everest Petsupply, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, or unused.

Please note: Returns can only be accepted after submitting a return request.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the product back.

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Whether you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it according to the guidelines below.
Return Guidelines:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Return Process Method:
Returns should be mailed to the address provided above.
A return label will be included in your package.
Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee for returned products.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to show in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damages & Issues (Defective Products):
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away, and we’ll resolve the issue for you.
For defective items, we will cover return shipping (GBP 0.00 shipping fee) and there is no restocking fee.
Customer Remorse:
If you ordered by mistake or no longer need an item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. For returns due to customer remorse, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but there is no restocking fee.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you’d like to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@everestpetsupply.shop.
For other exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and place a new order.
